Right now, the biggest limiting factor on Epic’s growth looks to be its ability to find quality people who are motivated and trainable. With sustained focus and a commitment to excellence nearly anyone can learn how to become a great photographer, but Epic simply cannot train people how to acquire a great attitude. Essentially at Epic we believe that we can train skill, but we can’t train attitude.
